Cheryl is a passionate consultant, adult educator and project manager who thrives on working with organisations to support their capacity to assist others. With over 25 years’ experience in consulting and resilience space, Cheryl adopts a pragmatic consulting approach to lead and manage the implementation of emergency management, incident management and business continuity programs across multiple industries, including education, health care, aged care, professional services, government and manufacturing.

With over 20 years of senior leadership and management experience in health, education and aged care settings, Sue understands what it is like to shoulder responsibility, especially when a high duty of care is required.

Utilising real-world crisis management experience forged during the Christchurch earthquakes, along with many other examples of critical incident management, Sue can support organisations to be ‘response-ready’ for whatever challenges may arise.

Sue is passionate about providing organisations with practical tools that translate to the real world, not just to tick a compliance box.

For over 30 years, Paul has worked in the emergency management, incident command, outdoor education, and risk and compliance industries in over 9 countries.

As an executive coach and leadership facilitator, and now a consultant at Bounce Readiness, Paul brings a solutions-oriented mindset and strong inter/intrapersonal skills, which support a collaborative and informed leadership culture.

Caitlyn brings over 6 years of experience in management and operations roles.

With a strong background in communications, strategic planning and business operations, Caitlyn is currently studying a MBA to further strengthen her skills.

Caitlyn has managed emergency management at numerous University boarding facilities bringing a wealth of experience to our clients.

Caitlyn is passionate about challenging environments and projects that assist and benefit vulnerable people, making her a vital contributor to the Bounce team.

Fiona brings over 16 years of experience in a range of communication design roles.

With a strong eLearning and graphic design background, Fiona is passionate about creating and delivering dynamic eLearning materials and particularly enjoys developing custom learning interactions to keep learners engaged and boost knowledge retention.

Fiona has worked for a range of not-for-profits and believes in projects that positively impact the community, making her a perfect fit for Bounce Readiness where she will design, build, and manage learning and development collateral, including eLearning packages.

Cassie brings extensive customer service experience to the Bounce Readiness team, with 18 years of experience across multiple businesses.

Throughout Cassie’s employment history, her varied roles have included administration, inventory, merchandising, and operations. Her experience has given her a fundamental understanding of the importance of building strong customer/client relationships and how to best meet their needs.

Cassie is passionate about the client experience and delivering quality support to the team, as demonstrated within her role overseeing our online store and with her administrative support to our team and clients.

Agnes has been designing and delivering engaging and effective eLearning experiences for 4 years across various industries. Through her thoughtful use of storytelling and narrative techniques, Agnes specialises in customised eLearning programs for adults.
In addition, Agnes holds 8 years’ experience in the tertiary education sector with a focus on academic teaching and research.
