Brooke Bibb

Manager, Resilience Services

Brooke brings with her over 10 years of experience in Aviation Safety and emergency procedures facilitation, instruction, assessment and courseware development.

Coming from the highly regulated aviation industry, Brooke has the attention to detail and passion required for emergency management and resilience. Brooke has facilitated and assessed a wide range of courses such as aviation medicine, security, inflight emergency and evacuation and human factors in a mixture of theory and practical sessions, often in high stress environments and with time and business critical requirements.

Based in Victoria, Brooke has a love for adult learning and facilitation, tailoring courses to meet the needs of both business and individual learning styles and techniques. She has a strong interest in human factors, understanding the human behavioural elements that influence the way we interact with our environment, hardware and others and the influences this has on our ability to act and react in emergency situations, especially in high-risk industry.
