$50,000 – $70,000 per year
Due to internal promotions and company growth, we are seeking an additional Operations superstar, with a focus on Service Delivery, to join our team in a full-time capacity with the opportunity to grow and develop within the company. The role will be a mix between working from home and working on site.
As our new Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to the Bounce Readiness team by providing administrative and operational support across many aspects of the business. This will include supporting day-to-day business operations, scheduling, administration, Inventory, pick and packing, service delivery and client projects.

You will be a great fit if you:
- are experienced working in a small business in an administration and operational capacity (5+ years’ experience in an administrative or operational role would be great).
- are a pro at organising your time effectively, prioritisation, and supporting fellow team members
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have an exceptional eye for the details.
- you actively contribute to the company value as part of our team!
- maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure a high quality of service delivery.
- can travel to the office on the Central Coast, the warehouse on the Central Coast, and occasional visits to clients.
- are adaptable and willing to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
- possess a strong drive for continuous improvement
- are skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of Microsoft Applications and may be able to teach us a thing or two!
- have experience using Xero and completing bookkeeping (desirable).
- can analyse and interpret data.
- have a Drivers licence and own car.
