A post incident review will evaluate the effectiveness of a response to an incident or disruption. Bounce conducts post incident reviews to assist organisations assess the outcomes from an incident, including what worked well and the areas that need further improvement.
The post incident reviews can be conducted at an organisational level, or for smaller teams within an organisation.
Our Approach
Bounce utilises several different approaches to ensure the most effective outcomes are achieved and to obtain maximum learnings.
The process includes:
Designing and issuing online surveys
Interviews and/or workshops with the response and management teams
Interviews and/or workshops with other stakeholders involved
Provision of a report with recommendations on what should be continued, and recommendations for improvement
