Cheryl Hambly
Director & Principal Consultant
Cheryl is a passionate consultant, adult educator and project manager who thrives on working with organisations to support their capacity to assist others. With over 25 years’ experience in consulting and resilience space, Cheryl adopts a pragmatic consulting approach to lead and manage the implementation of emergency management, incident management and business continuity programs across multiple industries, including education, health care, aged care, professional services, government and manufacturing.
Scott Cresswell
Consultant, Emergency Management
Scott combines 10 years of consulting, facilitation and front-line fire and rescue experience to support Bounce clients across a variety of industries. Scott recognises that building solid, long-term professional relationships is achieved through mutual respect, effective communications and understanding of the client’s environment. His grasp of the importance of successful responses to emergencies, critical incidents and business disruptions has inspired his belief in “helping you to get your people home safe”.
Cassie Schorn
Operations Coordinator
Cassie brings extensive customer service experience to the Bounce Readiness team, with 18 years of experience across multiple businesses.
Throughout Cassie’s employment history, her varied roles have included administration, inventory, merchandising, and operations. Her experience has given her a fundamental understanding of the importance of building strong customer/client relationships and how to best meet their needs.
Cassie is passionate about the client experience and delivering quality support to the team, as demonstrated within her role overseeing our online store and with her administrative support to our team and clients.

Operations Coordinator
Megan brings 20 years of customer service experience across various corporate businesses with roles including customer experience, community leadership, relationship management, administration, small project management and operations coordination.
With a passion for building genuine, long-standing partnerships and her strong client and community experience, Megan understands client’s needs and how best to meet them, delivering quality operational support to both the Bounce team and our clients.

Barker College has used Bounce Readiness for our emergency management and critical incident management planning and preparedness since 2020. In that time we have developed and implemented new emergency response plans for our campuses, and implemented a training and testing program which includes face to face training, eLearning design, evacuation drills and lockdown drills. Bounce Readiness has also been extremely helpful in delivering quality evacuation diagrams to buildings across our sites. Barker College
Kinross Wolaroi School chose Bounce Readiness as its provider for emergency and critical incident management, due to their experience working in this industry. Following the development of new Emergency Response and Critical Incident Management Plans, Kinross Wolaroi School and Bounce have implemented a thorough training program for wardens, including Chief Warden, Warden, Reception/Call Taker, general staff emergency awareness training, boarding staff along with Critical Incident Management training for our leadership team. Our plans and training were then put to the test, with life-like emergency drills and real-world critical incident scenarios being used to prove our readiness.
