Cassie is passionate about the client experience and delivering quality support to the team, as demonstrated within her role overseeing our online store and with her administrative support to our team and clients.
Megan brings 20 years of customer service experience across various corporate businesses with roles including customer experience, community leadership, relationship management, administration, small project management and operations coordination.
With a passion for building genuine, long-standing partnerships and her strong client and community experience, Megan understands client’s needs and how best to meet them, delivering quality operational support to both the Bounce team and our clients.
