Cheryl is a passionate consultant, adult educator and project manager who thrives on working with organisations to support their capacity to assist others. With over 25 years’ experience in consulting and resilience space, Cheryl adopts a pragmatic consulting approach to lead and manage the implementation of emergency management, incident management and business continuity programs across multiple industries, including education, health care, aged care, professional services, government and manufacturing.

Aaron has 20 years of experience working in high duty-of-care industries, including schools, adventure tourism, outdoor education, national sporting organisations, registered training organisations, and tertiary institutions.

Coming from an education, training, and outdoor education background, Aaron is passionate about assisting organisations in developing industry-leading emergency management plans.

With a strong background in experiential learning, Aaron creates and delivers dynamic, authentic, and engaging emergency management training.

Scott combines 10 years of consulting, facilitation and front-line fire and rescue experience to support Bounce clients across a variety of industries. Scott recognises that building solid, long-term professional relationships is achieved through mutual respect, effective communications and understanding of the client’s environment. His grasp of the importance of successful responses to emergencies, critical incidents and business disruptions has inspired his belief in “helping you to get your people home safe”.

Ash has a strong background in technology and product management with over 6 years’ experience, specialising in guiding businesses through product strategy, and operational efficiency. With extensive experience in managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to market launch — Ash excels in aligning solutions with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.

With a track record of leading cross-functional teams, optimising agile workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights, Ash helps organisations build scalable, customer-centric products.

Passionate about empowering organisations with the right solutions, Ash works closely with stakeholders to develop and refine processes, provide engaging and informative training sessions, and implementing best practices.

Fiona brings over 16 years of experience in a range of communication design roles.

With a strong eLearning and graphic design background, Fiona is passionate about creating and delivering dynamic eLearning materials and particularly enjoys developing custom learning interactions to keep learners engaged and boost knowledge retention.

Fiona has worked for a range of not-for-profits and believes in projects that positively impact the community, making her a perfect fit for Bounce Readiness where she will design, build, and manage learning and development collateral, including eLearning packages.

With a solid foundation in the Medical and Allied Health industry, Jade has honed her expertise in delivering exceptional administrative support in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Recently, Jade has applied her skills within a Global Technology Company on the Central Coast, where she has gained invaluable experience working in a cutting-edge, technology-driven sector.
