Establishing and implementing project outcomes
With a strong project management approach to everything we do, our Bounce team also provide project management services to clients. Often these projects have a tight deadline requiring a structured approach to quickly identify the need and outcomes, identify the steps to achieve the outcomes and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement the plan.
Recently our team have been working on compliance and certification processes, assisting clients prepare for and achieve certification. Examples include the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) for Aged Care and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) recertifications.
Our Approach
Our approach is structured, consultative and collaborate with successful results.
Our process is customised to each client but may involve the following:
Meet with client project lead to establish outcomes and what has been completed already
Review existing documentation and plans
Establish a detailed project plan
Brief the Executive Team on key objectives, milestones and timeframes
Facilitate weekly project meetings
Establish and facilitate briefings for key participants (eg executive, operational managers, corporate team)
Establish self-audit checklists to enable client stakeholders to prepare for audits (if applicable)
Monitor progress with implementing measures
Work with key members of the team to establish monitoring and tracking measures
Assist with updating policies and procedures
Assist with developing and implementing education programs
Liaise with auditors to establish criteria, interview schedules and logistics
Assist during the audit processes to coordinate interviews and information
Establish program improvement and maintenance post implementation
