01. Training package development

The Bounce team design and develop effective, practical training sessions covering emergency management, critical incident management, business continuity, crisis management and other disciplines that your organisation might require.

Training Needs Analysis

A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is the review of learning and development needs within an organisation. It considers skills, knowledge and behaviours that people need to have, assesses current levels of competence, and identifies the gap being the learning need.

Bounce will conduct a TNA for your organisation in order to develop a customised training program outline. This process includes:

N

Review of training completed

N

Review of employee skills to identify training needs

N

Review of employee job descriptions

N

Identification of competency requirements

N

Development of training needs analysis reports

N

Development of a training program outline

Bounce will conduct this TNA for resilience-related training programs, in addition to other training that may be required by your organisation.

Training package development

Bounce will work with you to deliver a customised incident and crisis management training program to meet your organisation’s needs defined by the capability you are seeking.

Our flexible training approach and consultative processes ensure we meet your specific requirements, with packages developed for both online and face-to-face delivery.

We build programs that our facilitators deliver to your teams, as well as customised packages for your facilitators to deliver (if you have a team of facilitators).

For those organisations with internal facilitators running their programs, Bounce will develop a training package to assist those internal facilitators deliver effective, practical programs. The training package includes training slides, activity templates, a facilitator guide and other supporting tools.

Assessment design

Assessment design is imperative when designing training programs, and plays a vital role in the education process. It ensures that formal and informal assessments reveal learners’ progress towards intended learning goals.

A well-designed assessment task sets clear expectations for learners, allows the learners to rehearse, practice, self-monitor and receive feedback. The assessment process will also influence how much a learner will learn.

The Bounce team can design assessments for your organisational training program, including a review of competency standards, industry standards, training programs and outcomes.

The assessment design will include:

N

Design of assessment tasks

N

Pre-defined criteria with related standards of skills, knowledge and competencies

N

Mapping of assessment task to learning outcomes

N

Assessment briefing and debriefing guidelines

N

Assessment validation process
